Andrea tracks every metric, adjusts the program as you progress, and is with you at every step. Nutrition and meal planning are included, built to support your training and complement the life you're already living.

Service 02

Group Classes

Small group. Real coaching. Capped at 8 to 10 people so there's no hiding in the back and no getting lost in a crowd. You'll be pushed, you'll be coached, and you'll leave having actually worked.

Classes are held at Echelon Health and Fitness in Voorhees, NJ, up to three times per week. The energy of a group without sacrificing the quality of the coaching.
