Meet Andrea
With over 8 years of experience in personal training, Andrea brings both passion and expertise to every session. She holds a certification from the American Aerobics Association International / International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) and has a background in Exercise Science from Camden County College. Her approach combines evidence-based training with personalized coaching, helping clients of all fitness levels build strength, improve their health, and reach goals they never thought possible.

She listens to what you can and can't do, and encourages you to push harder when you're ready. From cardio to stamina training and so much more, working with her has been an amazing experience.
