Built On A Belief That Everyone Deserves To Feel Powerful

Andrea didn't get into fitness to follow trends. She got into it because she saw firsthand what happens when the right coaching meets the right commitment: people transform, not just physically, but in how they carry themselves, how they perform at work, and how they show up for the people they love.

After years of training in conventional settings, she recognized a gap: driven people had the desire, but no one was building programs that respected their schedule, their intelligence, or their actual lifestyle. Generic plans and cookie-cutter routines weren't cutting it.

So she built PowerHaus: a training approach that meets driven people exactly where they are, and gets them exactly where they want to go.
