Nutritional guidance is included with every plan, and the depth of that guidance, from general direction to detailed meal planning, scales with the plan you select.

Group Classes

Small group. Real coaching. Capped at 8 people so there's no hiding in the back and no getting lost in a crowd. You'll be pushed, you'll be coached, and you'll leave having actually worked.

Classes are held at Echelon Health and Fitness in Voorhees, NJ, up to three times per week. The energy of a group without sacrificing the quality of the coaching.
